1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- You must return the product within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, including any food products that have been opened.
- Products that have been tampered with or altered.
- Products not purchased directly from our website.
3. Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
