1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • You must return the product within 15 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, including any food products that have been opened.
  • Products that have been tampered with or altered.
  • Products not purchased directly from our website.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@mothercanproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
